Shipping is always free on USA orders (lower 48 States) over $75 – no coupon required

This means that you can reap the rewards of free shipping AND use any one of our valid coupon codes when you place your order to maximize your savings! 

Seasonal shipping delays is not responsible for shipping delays that result from high-volume shopping and shipping holidays, such as Memorial Day, Mother's Day, Black Friday, and the Christmas season. 

Please expect these as a common occurrence this time of year and plan accordingly! 

PO Box Deliveries

We cannot drop ship to most PO Box addresses. Because of this, please anticipate a delay of up to one business week to allow us to ship these to our location so we can forward them to your PO Box. 

Incorrect billing information and/or shipping to an alternate address may cause shipping delays.

Prices, specifications, and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Any typographical, photographic, or specification error in products or pricing is subject to correction. We will notify you of any corrections or changes and ask for your approval before we complete your order.

Shipping delays due to postal shortages or other third party issues

Once we transfer custody of the product to a fulfillment partner (shipping company), it then becomes that partner's responsibility to deliver it to you in a timely fashion. We are not responsible for any delays on their part. 

Please be aware that we do not take responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. 

We rely on our clients to make sure they are providing us with a secure, reliable location for their shipments. 

This is also the case when you send any packages back to us for an exchange or inspection. Because of this, we strongly encourage you to insure your package and pay for reliable tracking when you send it back to us! 

There will always be someone on duty at our location to sign for the package during business hours, so feel free to add signature confirmation for additional security.

Refused packages

Refused packages will be considered cancellations after-the-fact and are subject to the 20% cancellation fee. 

Exception: We will waive the fee if you have received prior instructions from a member of CysterWigs management to refuse any delivery.

Incorrect shipping information provided by customer

We are not responsible for items that are shipped to an incorrect location due to typos or other incorrect information provided to us by the customer at the time of purchase.

Packages returned to us because they could not be delivered due to a mistake by the customer will be considered cancellations after-the-fact and are subject to the 20% cancellation fee. 

Any domestic package over $500 in product value will require a signature confirmation

We do this to ensure safety for our customers and to have the packages successfully delivered. Any packages that have been rerouted back to us will incur extra shipping fees to have the package redelivered. Please be sure to plan accordingly!

We disable overnight shipping during Black Friday until January 1 every year

Please PLAN AHEAD if you know you will need to purchase a wig or accessories during the period between November 16 - January 1. We do not accommodate expedited shipping requests during this part of the year. 

Christmas and Thanksgiving, as well as all the associated parties and sales, happen at the same time very year. This should make it easy for you to plan your purchases without resorting to emergency overnight hair mail!
